Burgess Hill (324 for 4) beat Bolney (253 for 9) by 71 runs.
The under 10s were home to Bolney for their 4th fixture of the season. Captain for the day was Lewis Howard and Burgess Hill were in to bat first.
The boys all defended their wicket well against some varied bowling. Top scorers were Hayden Wickwar with 26 runs and George Kaye with 21 runs. In total there were 13 boundaries which was great to see from Hayden, George, Lewis and Henry Fortune.
Coming in to bowl it took a long time for the boys to get any wickets with the first one coming from Lewis Howard in the 13th over. Hayden Wickwar and Jake Armstrong then had a fantastic last 4 overs taking another 8 wickets between them, 2 for Jake and 6 for Hayden (four of which were in the last over!)
A big well done to all the boys making that 3 wins from the first 4 games of the season
